Meet the Team

Ms. Hatfield has been with Brownlie & Braden Advisors (the “Firm”) for over 20 years and presently serves as a Vice President. She is a trusted member of senior management and during her tenure she has performed a number of varied roles within the Firm from analysis of client work product to the oversight of private equity administration to the formation and implementation of an operational structure for a new portfolio company start up. In her current role, she is responsible for the efficient and effective daily operations of the business, along with the utilization of resources and the sustainability of growth.

Ms. Hatfield received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Furthermore, she was awarded a Harvard Business School, Executive Education Certificate of Completion for the Focus Financial Leadership Academy.
